"Free, Easy to learn, makes a decent webpage"
Pros: 1. Free--always a hit
2. Really easy to learn. If you have used MS word or some other computer program, you should be able to pick this one up in a second
3. Publishing is a breeze. Just gotta figure out the right ftp address.
4. You can add pages and pictures and links.
5. The pages created don't look like laundry list type webpages from 5 years ago
Cons: You don't have control of every little thing, but if you just want to make a website and NOT learn HTML, this is your baby.

"Not useable for existing pages"
Pros: NONE
Cons: If you already have a homepage you want to edit. Just but forget it, it wont work.
This is one of those lousy pre-set tools I have seen enough already.
