I could only figure out how to move stuff from iPod Touch (2nd Generation) to PC (Win7). I was left with iTunes to move stuff the other way.
I bought this to get content from my old iPod Touch 2nd Generation onto the PC. Much of this content was extracted from old cassette tapes using a PolderBits software. Some was extracted from old overseas CDs that no doubt don't have modern encoding. Some were MP3 tracks downloaded from the LDS Church website. I hooked my iPod up, and with only a little blundering around I transferred 700+ tracks and about a dozen play lists. Elapsed time including software purchase, download, reading instructions, and transfer was about 45 minutes.
THIS PROGRAM IS VERY GOOD I RUN THIS PROGRAM ALONG SIDE BOOT SPEED...AND MADE MY COMPUTER REALLY FAST AND IT EVEN TALKS TO YOU LIKE AVAST...IT PROTECTS YOUR COMPUTER TOO AND DONT INTERFERE WITH YOUR ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM....CLEANS ALL THE JUNK OUT OF YOUR COMPUTER AND DISABLE SERVICES YOU DONT NEED RUNNING ...VERY GOOD STUFF

Nothing more than a contacts list with notes and other very minor and limited functionality. No flexibility. No ability to carry out and extrapolate data for analysis. Very poor application even all though it is free.
I have just tried to implement REFLECT for a small Social Enterprise Company for use within the Marketing Department. Read the spec for the app, and it "seemed" to be fit for purpose. Painstakingly put together all customer contact detail in a CSV file and uploaded it in to REFLECT. Started trying to use it as a true CRM app', and find that it is nothing more than a fancy contact, notes and events list app. OK, so it is free, but it is as much use as a chocolate coffee pot for true business requirement. You can't add to the limited industry field data sets etc, and, you can do NO Customer type analysis etc. Verdict... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME AND EFFORT on this app, as it is virtually useless. I now have a full Excel Spreadsheet for Customer analysis, and use MS Outlook for contact lists, e-mail bulletins, event and calendar management.

None. Sorry about that. Just about all 3rd party security software is just too much for everyday use online or off.
I have recently found out that 3rd party security software is too much for the average user. Gamers and even other software can be blocked to some degree if not completely by these type software. Unless you are a spy working for the government, I see no real reason to use 3rd party security software (free or otherwise). M.S. Essentials is enough.
