Pros
Very simple to use, supports every common image format + about 100 more. 3 skins to choose from including "Windows Classic" for those who are used to Windows image viewer. It can edit & convert images, has every feature imaginable.
Cons
The agreement before you install it is kind of long.
Summary
It's basically a better version of Windows Image Viewer. It's fully customizable, has zoom in & out, next & previous picture in folder, change background color of the veiwer, it even has a built in feature to pause an animated GIF and go through it frame-by-frame. Gives the file name & information at the top and bottom of the screen where it's out of the way. I've tried a lot of free image viewing software and now I can stop looking. This is what I've used to replace the Windows image viewing software that came with my computer.
