Slow, you don't know what files are backed up, no customer service, impossible to get your money back. At the moment I have no files backed up, yet the system is telling me I have 262 GB backed up and need to buy more space.
Summary
Poor software, they just want to keep selling you more space, you get alerts constantly warning you that you are running low on storage space. This software is malware. Stay away.

Upload speed was extremely slow. Even with a monthly subscription, large files >1GB (i.e. videos) will not upload without paying for an additional nonrefundable large file upload service.

Backup service itself seems fine.
Cons
Get barebones minimum backup service to start out with. Then have to add upgrades a la carte. Website sounds like it's free service and for multiple computers. Hard to dig into finding pricing on the website without signing up.

They pester you constantly with intrusive ads. Windows popped up constantly begging me to sign up for more, even chat requests, and very annoying emails that were ominous ("Wouldn't it be terrible if something happened to your data before you paid us"). It was so over the top that I got rid of the thing. I did try to use the software once - the old college try - and although it seemed intuitive to use, it did not do what it said it would. I selected many files, but it backed up about 800K and said it was "done."
Summary
I don't like this at all. There is something unsavory about this company.

I'm someone who likes to get the most of something which is free which is why I tend to sign up for a bunch of free trials instead of paying so I have loads of free online backup accounts. This one is probably my favorite due to it's ease of use and fresh feel about it, so I think it deserves the 4.5 stars when compared to other free trials.

Signed up and noticed an incorrect expiration date of 5 months instead of the 1 year I paid for. Emailed customer service several times and they replied each time that their records show the correct exp. date. But, still when I log on my account shows a 5 month exp date. Finally gave up and requested a refund. Also, when I tried to back a second pc I couldn't because it stated that my license expired. Very frustrating experience!

Summary
I haven't been using these guys for very long but I've been impressed with what I've seen so far. I use it probably every other day to make sure all my stuff is backed up and regualarly check my folders on my phone. Everything you'd want from a backup provider.
