UNREMOVABLE!
Have taught our daughter to not download from un-reputable sites but have given her the okay to try programs from trusted sites such as CNET. This download automatically reconfigured our computer settings, I immediately attempted to remove but was only able to delete the shortcuts and the main application but I have exhausted nearly all options trying to delte the MUSICFROST UPDATER application without ANY success... CNET, if you offer the download, you should offer a tool to remove... I'm extremely dissapointed with the download and CNET... -

No pros at all they take your money and then never reply back to you if you have a problem.

Take it from me l joined and paid my full 7 year membership. They then cancel my membership after 2 months and do not allow me to download anymore.
I have sent them more than 15 emails requesting that l receive a full refund but have not had a response over the last 3 months. They rip you off once you have signed up. Once you have downloaded this program it automatically changes the settings on your computer what a JOKE of a program you do not have a choice there are programs inside of this program that changes settings in your computer and also adds other unwanted programs that you did not even want, there are no option to uncheck programs this has a mind of its own.Summary
This program should be taken off the net as it rips peoples money off and there is no-one you can talk too or will talk to you. The email page is a waste of time and energy as l am still waiting for replies even after 15 emails and having to wait 3 months. Do NOT purchase this produce as you will become a victim like myself and l am sure many others that do not like to admit they have been ripped off.
Disappointed 1 out of 10 for my vote and l am being very generous.

Didn't even work right. Least it could had worked poorly, but it didn't.
Summary
We all miss the expanding internet with limited regulations on piracy, however this is a new age. New programs will attempt to be like the old but only attempt to break thru every firewall ever designed. Virus detection wouldn't even let me do anything. Seems criminal.

It's ALL CONS! It makes permanent changes to your computer settings. I had to do a restore and then reinstall some programs to get things working again.
Summary
This is just Frostwire with a price tag. Keep looking, there are some good and honest programs out there for free.
