From Moon Software :Multimedia Xplorer allows you to view most types of multimedia files, including images, sounds, videos, and icons. Features include a fast image viewer with zoom, a slide-show editor, and a batch processor for converting and renaming files and creating thumbnails. Multimedia Xplorer also includes the option to set an image as the desktop background or as a Windows start-up or shut-down logo and the option to set the default interface language to German, French, Spanish, or Italian. A partial listing of supported file formats includes JPEG, GIF, BMP, WAV, MP3, RA, AVI, MPEG, and MOV. Version 2.0.9 adds several bug fixes and enhancements.

Version: Multimedia Xplorer 2.0.9
Pros: Lost my media collection during a spyware attack / resultant re-format. Now have been trying to manage my collection again. Came across this product last week & seems to have been a good addition.
Nice, Simple interface.
Easy to use. Even my wife can use it:-)
Slideshow is much easy to use
Impressive performance.
Cons: Cannot play all movie file formats

"Very convenient for managing images"

Summary: This is great for slideshows and most video viewings. Lacks real media interface and actual manipulation of pictures is not easy..well, I haven't figured out how yet, but for a viewer its great of either video or slideshows.
