From AxBx :Multi Virus Cleaner is a stand-alone utility used to detect and remove major viruses. It is not a substitute for full anti-virus protection, but rather a tool to assist administrators and users when cleaning infected systems. Multi Virus Cleaner is regularly updated and can detect hundreds of common viruses, worms, trojans, and dialers (including all variants of the Sober, MyDoom, Nyxem and Bagle viruses). The program offers a scanner that requires minimal processing power for repairing a compromised system. Multi Virus Cleaner detects over 2,100 viruses variants.
Version 6.1.0 adds new user interface and fast scan engine.

Version: Multi Virus Cleaner 2006 6.1.0
Pros: avg or avast is your main antivirus with realtime protection and then i have this one as a second option..very good small program.... then for spyware i have etrust pest patrol, processguard, ad-aware and malware sweeper....those are great combine protection....of course you throw in hijackthis, ccleaner, free internet washer and treesize and you're completely secure..
Cons: it could use a scheduler, a registry cleaner ..

Version: Multi Virus Cleaner 2006 6.1.0
Pros: Good interface, easy to use and understand. Has a quick scan which is only about 10 seconds or so.
Cons: Only bad thing so far, is you can't just download new definitions, you have download the WHOLE program again to get updated. I think they need to change that.
