"Works great, until you have to do a restore"
Pros: Simple no nonsense, no frills backup program. The cheapest online storage i've ever seen.
Cons: This may be a problem on my end but after a reformat of my computer I am still waiting after two days to recover/restore my files. My files are there, they just wont download. Email support has been prompt but worthless. I have a feeling it is going to be awhile before I see my 2 gigs of files stored on Mozy.

"An excellent tool. Growing rapidly and easy to manage."
Pros: Easy to use. Define what you want and sit back and relax...leave it to Mozy. If you can manage your backups within 2GB, what is better than free? I use 20GB and love it.
Cons: As a product in evolution it may not have all of the features you desire. However, with each update new features appear. I am at 1.6.3.0 and it had several new additions. You just have to remember to look after each update to see what has changed.

"Awesome free nicely configurable online backup system"
Pros: To simplify continual backups mozy has created a client side utility that is still very small to download and isn't intrusive. It has the ability to do bandwidth throtelling, and scheduled backups when ever you choose. I think it's pretty amazing they give you 2 gig free, and extra gig is extremely cheap considering they've got the cost of the disk space and the bandwidth up and down. Another very nice feature is the utility to upload your data also encrypts your data.
Cons: You obviously need to have a decent internet connection to upload/restore any data you back up.

"The Best Remote Backup, Bar-None!"
Pros: I signed up early in the beta, and it was fairly good then. Now it is quite remarkable. I've tested about 5 other competitors, and this one is the best as far as reliability, features, and pricing are concerned.
I had some trouble with something I did not understand, and their support was very responsive and resolved my issue thoroughly.
Cons: Interface isn't as attractive as it could be, but it is intuitive anyway.

Pros: Offers a free 2GB allocation.
Cons: Takes days not hours to do backups. Servers are problematic. Company has a no refund no matter what policy. So if the service doesn't work correctly as it did with me and you bought some extra storage space above the free 2GB, you're out your money.
