Even though Internet Explorer dominates the Web browser market, you might wonder why if you spend some time with Mozilla Firefox. This light and nimble Web wonder brought tabbed browsing into the mainstream (IE7 recently jumped on the bandwagon) and offers countless ways to customize it through extensions and themes. Drag-and-drop tabs with individual close buttons help keep your content organized the way you like, and you can further streamline your browsing through the use of extensive hot keys. You'll find all of the regular options and features required for surfing the Web in the default setup, but the groundbreaking features come with the thousands of third-party extensions. Likewise, if you don't like the look of the default interface, there are hundreds of slick themes to use, though many weren't updated for version 2 at its release.
Firefox is the perfect browser for those involved with Web design and coding. A JavaScript debugger comes standard, and Firefox displays the page-source code in a new window, using indents and color-coded tags similar to an HTML editor. The built-in pop-up blocker works great for most sites, and new antiphishing protections and enhanced security for extensions are in the version 2 release. Anyone looking for a full-featured browser with seemingly endless ways to customize should download this powerhouse.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.9
"Best Browser around the Web !"
Pros: Safe, stable, blocks pop-ups, protects you from spyware while surfing the web.
Ability to personalise your browser with the add-ons that you can install.
Cons: When an update comes out, it sometimes doesn't seem to want to update and says that "some files could not be overwritten or found"
No other issues where found in the new version. In the old version ( 2.0.0.8 ) sometimes FireFox crashed and then you needed to either restore the session or start a new one.
With the new version that has been dealth with, I guess.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.9
Pros: Infinitely safer than IE (including IE7) and plenty of skins ("themes") so that Firefox can look as you want it to look. It has enough available extensions that you can make Firefox truly be your own browser.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.9
"Not as fast as people say it is!"
Pros: Well it's usable if IE7 is being unreliable. And it's a bit safer.
Cons: I didn't see how it was faster than IE7 or Opera. Unless it was my U3 version, but it was a lot slower than IE7 so I didn't really get anywhere with it..Everything else about it better such as powerful plugins and nice skins.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.9
Pros: It's the best browser, I think. And I'm not using it.
Cons: But the way it stores the password is not so secure. Hope they'll find a better way. Or they'll better not store it at all.
