Though it's difficult to unseat Safari as the preferred browser of Mac users, Mozilla Firefox garners attention through its solid design and extra features, making it a worthy alternative. Its nimble and uncluttered interface houses only the most necessary features, with the option to easily add customized toolbars. Mozilla Firefox claims to be the fastest of all browsers, and while our tests have never yielded a huge difference in speed, we do know the more we use Firefox, the more we like it. We especially like the tabbed browsing, the handy extensions, and the cool-looking skins offered at the Firefox Web site. Also, Firefox seamlessly blocks unwelcome pop-up advertisements without requiring the download of any additional software. If you're looking for a light and agile browser or like the idea of customizable skins and useful extensions, you owe it to yourself to check out Firefox. Pros: although IE7 now has tabs, Firefox is still superior because they "open" faster. additional pluses are the numerous free skins to decorate the browser and it is fairly faster in loading pages than IE.
Cons: i wish the yahoo toolbar and google toolbar for firefox looked a little more like the ones for IE. the ones for firefox look sort of "primitive".

"IE Long Lost, Better Looking Brother."
Pros: Free, Better That IE (IE 7 Excluded) Simply Because Of All The Features. Find Any Add-On You Could Dream Of, Or Make Your Own. Great Alternative To IE
Cons: The Pop-Up Blocker Sucks. I'm Always Getting Pop-Ups. Also, I'm Unsure How Secure It Is.

Pros: This is the best browser I have ever used. Has many great add-ons. More secure than other browers I have used.
Cons: Tabs are not as easy to close as IE7.
