Note: Firefox 2 RC 1 is a developer preview release of the next-generation Firefox browser and it is being made available for testing purposes only. Firefox 2 RC 1 is intended for Web application developers and the Firefox testing community. Current users of Mozilla Firefox 1.x should not use Firefox 2 beta 1.
Firefox 2 RC 1 will aim to build on the success of Firefox by addressing issues related to the problem of managing the vast amounts of information available on the Internet. Our goal is to provide a browser that helps users manage and organize their online information channels.
Note: Beta or prerelease software is not intended for inexperienced users, as the software may contain bugs or may potentially damage your system. We strongly recommend that users exercise caution and save all mission-critical data before installing or using this software.

"Very nice, worth the upgrade"

Pros
Speed! The browsing speed with page loading was enough to actually notice. Usually speed increases seem negligible but it is vastly improved. A lot of the extensions I already used are integrated. New buttons for option of restarting after extensions are installed (maybe that was from add on "restart firefox"). Very smooth and haven't had any problems yet. Most of my extensions worked only minor ones did not. Good job mozilla. If you haven't use an "alternative" browser it is time to start with this one.
Cons
Start up times still not the quickest but it is improved over previous versions.

Nicer interface, many features. Kept same concepts, looks more like Opera now. Love the new integrated spell-check.

I liked the way Session Manager is built in now, and it even have the option to open Recently Closed Tab, which is what I think is very essential.
Oh yeah, Some Tips:
If your favorite plugins don't work, you could actually bump up plugin to force it to work. Instructions here:

Warning: if the plugin is really incompatible, the plugin might even crash Firefox. But most plugin should work this way without problem.

More functionality and i especially like (almost love!) the new updated theme.

Themes and extensions won't work with this one yet...
But i'm keeping this version until the final is released!

What I like with this product was it improves the performance of my internet, its 20% more faster in launching any selected sites.
Cons
What I don't like is it leaves an open space below, not with the previous one that it occupies all the space in the monitor.
