As more users continue to abandon Internet Explorer, Mozilla's popular Firefox gains traction in the browser space. Version 1.5 of Firefox offers a few notable features, foremost of which is the ability to reorder tabs by dragging and dropping them. You'll also find a tool that lets you quickly clean up your surfing history with two clicks of the mouse or a hot-key combo. The latest iteration of the browser seems more responsive than it has in the past and also is more efficient; with 10 windows open, Firefox consumed slightly less RAM than either IE or Opera.
If you're new to Firefox entirely, you'll appreciate the other features, including the RSS feeds, the JavaScript debugger, the basic download manager, and the ability to search several popular sites (such as Google) directly from the address bar. You can easily create toolbars by dragging and dropping icons. More technically minded users will appreciate that Firefox displays the page source in a new window, using indents and color-coded tags like an HTML editor. The built-in pop-up blocker is still extremely effective, and Firefox's reuptation for tight security is still well deserved. Anyone who's tired of IE will find more than one reason to like this free alternative.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.3
"One of the best of a mediocre bunch."
Pros: User-friendly enough, looks nice. Cross-platform, with a lot of community support. Gobs of extensions available. Stability problems of earlier versions have been remedied, and now Firefox is pretty solid. MS-haters will love it, just because it's not IE.
Cons: Rather slow. Not quite as secure as was once thought. Extensions sometimes conflict with each other, or cease to work when the browser is updated. Tabbed UI was ripped off from Opera, circa 1998. Lots of IE-specific sites out there that won't be accessible with Firefox.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.3
"Makes the internet for dial-up users exciting again."
Pros: Highly customizable. This version works with Netzero 3G. At least for me, the previous versions did not work with my ISP. The speed is impressive and out of Opera and Firefox, Firefox seems to be getting the attention of webpage designers more so than Opera. I have found more websites that are Firefox friendly and they seem to be growing. This browser raises the standard of excellence with frequent updates as well.
Cons: Some pages won't render properly, but what browser doesn't? Even IE6 does occassionally.

Version: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.3
Pros: I have been a big firefox fan for quite a few years and it's a great alternative to IE.
Cons: I have noticed that some of the later versions of this program have some bugs; I feel that some of the extensions and themes clash with each other. I have decided to go back to using the latest mozilla suit v1.7.13 it's more stable and it's in built e-mail client saves me from having to install Thunderbird as a separate program & the themes look so much better

Version: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.3
Pros: Easy to setup, even if you don't even know what a "Browser" is. :P Tabbed browsing makes sorting through websites as easy as a click. The interface is a lot cleaner than Internet explorer. When you first start it up, you are able to import your "Favorites" from Internet Explorer into Mozilla Firefox's "Bookmarks" in about 5 seconds. Firefox has a cleaner web browsing look and feel than Internet explorer and it is extremely easy to use. It takes around 15 minutes tops to learn the new terms of Firefox. And ease of use isn't everything, Firefox is more secure than Internet Explorer so you won't get infected very easily. Firefox is a less popular target for hackers so very few hackers bother with it. The majority of Windows users run Internet Explorer so they can deal more damage attacking it instead, so you're safer on the web. And when you're done, you can clear your private data such as cookies, cache, history, saved form information, etc. in just one click or have it do it automatically when you exit. Also, you can go to https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/?application={ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384} and download Addons, extensions, themes etc. And there are literally hundreds, (Maybe thousands) to choose from! Also, Firefox automatically updates it's software so you never have to check for updates! All you'll have to do is enjoy the web! I highly recommend this program to anyone who still uses Internet Explorer or any browser for that matter. Even Opera. I recommend that you give this program a try. You won't be sorry! ;)
Cons: None whatsoever.
