Mozilla's popular Firefox gains traction and does quite a few things other browser makers might want to note. Version 1.5 offers a few remarkable features, primarily the ability to reorder tabs by dragging and dropping. You'll also find a tool that lets you quickly clean up your surfing history with two clicks of the mouse or a hot-key combination. The latest iteration of the browser seems more responsive than it has been in the past. As with all Mozilla browsers, it conforms well to standards, so pages from almost any site load and function properly. If you're new to Firefox entirely, you'll appreciate the other features, including its clean and uncluttered interface with the option to easily add customized toolbars by dragging and dropping icons. It also includes RSS feeds and the ability to search several popular sites (such as Google) directly from the address bar. More technically minded users will appreciate that Firefox displays the page source in a new window, using indents and color-coded tags like an HTML editor. Firefox also seamlessly blocks unwelcome pop-up advertisements without requiring the download of any additional software. The more we use Firefox, the more we like it and feel it suits both personal and professional users. Watch the CNET video review of Mozilla Firefox:

Version: Mozilla Firefox 1.5
"It has some problems, no scrolls, select all text and bombed too"
Pros: When browsing its is fine, tabs are a little clunky to get used to and I have not figured out what makes some new windows come in as a new tab verses another window (both things do happen but I have not come up with the common demoninator yet).
Cons: cant hit scroll down in window, jumps to the very bottom and will not respond upward after that. Must use mouse to move page positions. Placing the curser over the address window does not auto select all text must do a command A to select all. The previous version was great with respect to these items. I did not see and prefs settings for these items to adjust them out. I am sorry to say that if you can keep the pervious version, DO SO, as this release has many problems. Looks like Opera has more control over these and its free too! Bugs Yexley

Version: Mozilla Firefox 1.5
Pros: None.
Cons: It won't even upload my homepage! When I have to "configure" a browser, or constantly have to add a site to the "allowed" list, it's very frustrating, and a waste of my time. I don't see why everyone thinks this browser is so good; it's soooo bad.
