"Good Product, Less than adequate technical support"

Does mostly what it claims to do
Cons
I couldn't change the volume of a midi file. I emailed their technical support twice but they didn't respond.
Summary
The product is still very good but the communication with technical support is lacking. There is no telephone number to call and their email technical support is not reliable.
