Version: Movie Media Player ActiveX 3.5

"Good Product, Less than adequate technical support"

Pros: Does mostly what it claims to do

Cons: I couldn't change the volume of a midi file. I emailed their technical support twice but they didn't respond.

Summary: The product is still very good but the communication with technical support is lacking. There is no telephone number to call and their email technical support is not reliable.
