"its like yahoo answers and ask.com"
Pros: ? pretty obvious. I guess instant answers on the spot, which can come in handy especially if you are having car trouble.
Cons: i don't know. I don't own a cell phone.
Summary: i just went to the website and looked it over for ya. It's like yahoo answers or ask.com only you type your inquiry and send it from a mobile phone
