Version: MorphVOX Pro 3.4.16
"Glitchy software hangs, freezes, no money back"
Pros: The versatility of the morphing features is considerable. There are free voice packs to download if you want them. The interfaces are fairly easy to understand intuitively and navigate.
Cons: Unfortunately, despite the potential for obtaining a wide range of morphed voices (for video production, games, chat), the software has problems with a standard system configuration that's in top condition. Morphvox Pro kept hanging up as I created the voices, and the system would occasionally freeze up, requiring reboots. The trial version is managed via the website and you must use it within a extraordinarily short period of 7 days. Not knowing whether the problems are related to the browser being open during trial, I decided to buy the software. It didn't make any difference. The glitches were still present. Be aware that Screaming Bee doesn't back their software with any form of money-back guarantee. This is a rather tyrannical attitude. Their help is fast and responsive, though, but like many software sellers, put the burden of problems back to the user, claiming my complaint was so unusual they hadn't encountered it before. I really doubt it. So, I no longer use the software and I'm out $35.
