From Moo0 :Moo0 ImageViewer is a very flexible image viewer. Its window occupies minimum space on desktop and also resizes very flexibly. Also, it now has many useful filters in its compact body. For example, "Cartoon Reader" filter can make image texts far more readable, and "Clear Photo" filter can make some pictures look far more dynamic. Do you sometimes want to see pictures in your own taste? or want to keep multiple pictures open on desktop? Then, this software may be the one you've been looking for.
Version 1.57 allows to delete the current image file by "Delete" key.

"once you understand the program you will like it"
Pros: It work like your Windows Photo Gallery but better
This is for people with windows vista, gif pictures do not move in Windows Photo Gallery and this program is so light and free.Cons: gif reading needs word but work just fine and it do not remember my setting once i exit the program
i hope the problem are fix in the next versionSummary: i like it note to other user test the software and see how it work for you.
