Moo stands for Mac OS Optimizer [for X]. It's main purpose is to make the most of your system for better performance. This application is useful for older machines that want that speed boost or those newer machines that want X to use more of their RAM.
The Xoptimize section uses an Apple provided command line tool to optimize the loading time of applications. It will also make applications execute faster immediately after startup as the application will spend less time dynamically looking up and binding with various libraries and frameworks.

What's new in this version:
- Removed all UI associated with memory usage. Apple fixed a bug in the update_prebinding tool such that it now recycles memory correctly (at least, the release notes indicate such). In tests, update_prebinding never consumed more than 200mb of virtual memory and rarely more than 10mb of real memory. While 200mb sounds like a lot, it is not unreasonable given the nature of the whole prebinding process.
