This is what I sent to Mspy:
I have been trying to use Mspy on my son's phone since Christmas; I have sent a few tickets about the software not working. I have not received a reply and the Mspy is still not working. I was also having an issue with the compatibility of your software on the SAMSUNG-SGH-I577. When I purchased your product I spoke with your sales department and they told me that the phone was compatible. The phone intermittently locks and requires a password to access. I have had to do a factory reset 3 times and when I install the Mspy the phone locks up at some point not allowing anyone to access. The last factory reset I did not install the Mspy and the phone has not had any issues. There is some conflict with your product and the SAMSUNG-SGH-I577 so with that being said I would like a refund and the service cancelled.
I spoke to someone with Mspy who stated that you can't talk to anyone from billing, they have no phone #. I asked for a manager there isn't one?? Are you kidding me?? Oh and I went through the browser history on my son's phone and Mspy missed about 20 sites that he visited. What a joke.
