"Does not work with my Motorola phone"
Pros: Screenshots on download.com look nice.
Cons: Recognized my Motorola V235 phone once briefly, then never again, while both SyncCell and Cell Phone Manager did recognize it without problems.

Pros: Don't buy this! Trial version works fine - activation key does not work - check their website they cannot resolve their own issue nor will they grant a refund - I'm out $25.00 bucks!
