Version: Miracle C Compiler 4.1
"Nice system for console programs"
Pros: This is a simple and easy to use system for writing console programs. You can learn the C language with this system, and it is free software.
Cons: Cannot write Windows apps, but for a beginner that doesn't matter.
Summary: It's free, and even the $19 registered version is worth it.
