From Miha Psenica :Mihov Active 800x600 is a program for Web and software developers. It helps you see how large a program or browser window would be if resized to a screen size of 800x600 pixels, 1024x768 pixels or any other desired size. The selected window will automatically change to chosen size and you will see the contents of it refreshed. You will be able to see the change without changing the screen resolution.
Version 3 adds ability to change the amount of time before the window gets resized and to cancel the coundown.

"Cool! Simple and easy. I love it! Give it a try!"
Pros: It has a lite and clean interface, and it is simple, and easy to use. Very easy to work.
Cons: If there is ability to modify the default window title bar to contain buttons and fields for the sizing of each application window, so user can size each window directly and have it remember the last setting, then it is perfact... Sorry for my terrible English.
