Version 2.1.1 includes a security update that closes known gaps in the Microsoft Reader security architecture.

If you choose to download the full installation, uninstall Microsoft Reader through the Add/Remove Programs control panel before you run the installation utility.

Version: Microsoft Reader 2.1.1
Pros: I like it one of Microsofts better products. It doesn't take forever to load like some other programs do.
Cons: If any it is a little challenging to find free books for it, but I manage.

Version: Microsoft Reader 2.1.1
Pros: Can be uninstalled. It's not Rudenko's uber-crap book reader. It did what i needed it to do.
Cons: Can't print. Asked for activation (what?). Ugly interface (but not as ugly as Rudenko's).

Version: Microsoft Reader 2.1.1
Pros: Very little good I can think to say about this.
Cons: You can't load any ebooks except what you buy from their site. You have to register with them to do this. I found the whole interface to be contrived and it lacked a pleasing look for reading long books for hours on end. I highly recomend you don't download this and download "Rudenko's Book Reader" It has everything this lacks.
