Publisher's description
From Luminescence :An easy-to use software that combines the flexibility and modularity of user-defined tags and the lightness of a .NET built program. Not only can MetatOGGer handle both MP3 and OGG (both of which all official tags are recognized), but also can it organize, rename, tag from filename and path, and tag multiple files.
These features are built into a scalable two-window solution, which permits to sort songs individually, to listen to them and to preview the modifications. Version 2.5 has audio player, rename from filename & path, new icons, new sorting mechanism and bug fixes.

Version: MetatOGGer 2.5
Pros: This is the 4th of 5th mp3 tagger I've downloaded, none of the rest worked for me and this is the 1st one I'm keeping. It tags mp3's from their filename, which is exactly what I needed. I tried 11 mp3's at once, and it tagged them all properly with artist and title, in about 3 seconds, and KEPT their previous album info and other misc info in the tags, it didn't delete it, which is good. All in all, a great little program for the niche task I needed it for - LOVES IT!
Cons: A bit alarming at first, working with 2 seperate windows for the same program, but you'll quickly figure out how to use it. Also, the most # of mp3's I tried tagging in 1 shot was around 80 (which took about a minute's time). I'm not sure if it can do more than that - I certainly hope it can do 100's or 1000's at a time, since that's what I need it for. I used to use MusicMatch for this but found out it was corrupting 1 out of every couple hundred mp3's it would "tag from filename"!!! Bye bye MusicMush! :)
