  Version: Merge MP3 0.1

  "Simple, quick & effective"

  Pros: Our church CD recorder puts a track break at every pause in the sermon, and I have the daunting task of combining all 99 tracks into 1 MP3 file for our website. I did the first merge inside of 5 minutes (including download time). Super-easy to understand interface. Everything worked like you'd expect it to.

  Cons: Don't like the character limit on the ID3 tag fields. Would be great if it would read the ID3 tag from the first track and default to that. Genre dropdown should probably be alphabetical.

  "cool freeware"

  Pros: intuitive interface, fast, no-nonsense software, only 350k.

  Cons: foobar2000 player won't recognize the merged mp3 correctly: it will only play the first merged song and stop. Windows' mplayer2 does play it correctly, so the mix mergemp3-foobar2000 just won't work well.
