"Very sueful program that has a ton of options and features"
Pros: Wide range of supported formats
Quick
Fairly simple to use, but has enough tweaks to appease advanced users as well
Cons: For some reason, the programs options are set through firefox....

Version: MediaCoder 0.6 alpha
Pros: It has variety of formats it can convert to. Plugins showing how it will look like on PSP, PDA etc. I tried to convert to some formats, but it did not work for me.
Cons: Clicking on icon will not open program, but will take you to their webpage. After 1-2 min actual program will open. I have never seen such before.
It is not easy to navigate, some output customization available.

Pros: encode anything ... convert from any file format to any file format ... many options
Cons: not easy to use

Pros: Installed and uninstalled OK.
Cons: Failed at every attempt to convert any media and crashed every time. Wasted my time. Nothing special about my setup that would account for this. This is an unfinished product not worthy on even a beta designation. Look elsewhere for a solution.
