Emergency visits to the doctor are stressful enough without having to rack your memory for medication allergies or prior health conditions. This simple program gives you a place for all that information so, in case of emergency or even a routine doctor's visit, you won't have to worry. Medi-Bank's interface is simple and easy to use. A small window starts off with basic information about an individual, and subsequent tabs let you enter details on next of kin, general practitioners, specialists, and hospital stays, as well as allergies and current medications. A handy print function lets you print out personal reports to take to the doctor or hospital when needed. Overall, this is a useful application for people who have to keep track of a complicated list of medications.Publisher's description

"excellent program to print out your medical id card"
Pros: Its very simple to use plus you can print both full size information for your doctor and wallet size information to carry in your wallet incase of an accident or medical emergency.

"Great, quick summary of medical history"
Pros: This program has an easy user interface and allows the user to input a brief medical history, medications, emergency contact info, and even organ donor information. It can easily be printed on one page to carry in a purse or wallet to have handy when needed. As a registered nurse, this would be wonderful for all of my patients to have! :)
Cons: The only problem I found with the program is a missing blood group in the pull-down menu option for entering blood type. Although not common, the "B" blood group is missing, and it just so happens I fall into that category. I've emailed the program creator in hopes this will soon be corrected. In the meantime, this can easily be written in by hand on your personal printout. Overall, still a great program. :)

"A must have for college students!"
Summary: It is so much easier to have this with you, all meds, all doctors. I recommend that every parent makes sure their child has this program. It is SO easy to use, and very easy to follow the print outs. Thanks!

Summary: I am on fifteen different medications (literally), and to try to list them off everytime I go to the ER or just a hospital visit is a pain. This makes is easy, one time, make changes as necessary, and print when needed. Ideal software!
