From Maxthon International :Maxthon (formerly MyIE2) is a multipage browser based on the Internet Explorer core (IE 5 or 6 required). It can open multiple Web pages in just one window, and it takes only a few system resources when you're surfing with the integrated user interface.
The application supports special plug-ins and IE extensions, and its features include autoscrolling, form autofilling, external tools, plug-in support, a newsgroup-browsing mode, mouse gestures, customizable skins, and an Autohide panel.

"The Best Browser Best Best Best!!!!! 5Star Rating"
Pros: I have used Maxthon Browsers to supplement my IE that is required by my cable provider and liked it better than any that I've used in the 11 years of surfing. It is a real lifesaver. It automatically brings up a new tab without having to rightclick and choose 'open in new window'. It allows you to make changes to your 'Internet Options' even when IE says "you must have Administrater Rights"(and you are the only person who ever uses your own computer, but have quit argueing with Bill Gates)!! It has all IE and better with more options and customizability. Much less pulling out your own hair and cussing Microsoft's sadistic geek programers!! The Maxthon Browser is a Clean Machine and better than the browsers you have to pay extra for. 5Stars
Cons: It is so seductive, that I tried some plugin addons that I didn't need from the forums. The good stuff is builtin already.
