Version: Max Secure Registry Cleaner 2.3
"useless!! you can't try its capabilties because of the restrictions"
Pros: (apparently) good performance as they claim.
Cons: you can't test it to repair any problem because the restrictions wouldn't allow you to do so.
FINAL WORD: ALL THEIR CLAIMS ARE UNPROVABLE/UNTESTABLE.
