i don't know how long it will be up, but you can get this free if you choose one other offer from their site. Go to checkout free, choose napster. You'll get the software for free, and then cancel napster after trial. Ta-da... Free and still is a cool product.

After a recommendation I downloaded and purchased this software. Customer support was helpful with phone testing and once that was done things worked fine.

The user form produced by the program was largely illegible due to a font sizing issue that caused text to overflow the text box. Critical parts of the instructions were not visible, since they weren't on screen. Although the tech service group was eventually (up to 2 days required to respond to each question) able to correct this problem, it finally turned out that the software does not work with my phone (a Nokia 6315i). Nowhere in either the instructions or the attempted downloads to my phone was a problem identified. When I asked tech service how to find and used the downloaded ringtone, they said "Unfortunately it seems like your mobile phone is not compatible with our ringtones, we put up an announcement on the program in which you wree kindly asked to test your mobile phone prior to making an order. We are so sorry that we cannot help you further in this situation." Obviously, they seem to think that I should have been able to read the announcement that had scrolled out of sight. Don't waste your money on this software.

"User friendly, but rough sound quality"

Pros
The cost was minimal, and I enjoyed the easy functionality of the program. It seemed to accept sound files for conversion easily, and it was simple to transmit it to my cellphone (Verizon).
Cons
I was very disappointed with the sound quality of the ringtones once they arrived into my phone; I have a pretty decent phone with two speakers in it (LG VX8300) which plays other ringtones very clearly with nice sound, but these ringtones as produced by the software, were like listening to old A.M. radio. Some songs translated better than others.

The likness of this software is that it provide me whatever i want from the song to cut anything and use it in the mobile as a ringtones.
