From MainStreetGIS :MainStreetParcelSearch is a free plug-in for use with ArcGIS (ArcView / ArcMap) that loads a list with values from a Parcel ID field in a Property or Parcel layer. Clicking on a Parcel ID will zoom the map to the selected Parcel.
