From Firetrust :MailWasher is a program to help you get rid of spam and viruses in your e-mail. MailWasher allows you to preview all aspects of your e-mail on the server before you download it to your computer, thus protecting you from spam, viruses, phishing attacks, and other nuisances. You can then delete unwanted e-mail before it gets to you. Other features help identify and protect you against viruses and worms. Also included are comprehensive, customizable filters, use of friends list, and blacklist to stop spammers.

Cons: Description says it will allow inspection of multiple accounts - it does NOT.
It only permits ONE account to be entered then suggests you sign up for the paid version.

"Easy to identify spam at a glance."
Pros: Other programs don't give you much information, but MailWasher puts the source address in with the name given by the sender. That makes it so much easier to identify spam when you can see more than just a name and Subject. It also deletes what you don't want before it ever touches your PC. It can't infect your PC if it never gets there. And it sets itself up so it's easy to install.

Pros: It weeds out all the unwanted email just like it says. Easy to setup and easy to use. I have been searching for this product for a long time.
Cons: To new to tell, but so far none.
