Version: MailList Controller Free 6.51
Pros: Screenshots and general design indicate it's probably a decent program. I am afraid I already saw enough to dislike it and delete it so can't comment on how well it works. My reasons follow:
Cons: Put something in the start tray ...possibly a lightweight mail client for reply processing? Insisted I fill in a long form when I wanted to set up a list. Insisted on POP where I wanted to use IMAP.
I felt it was doing and a ssuming a bit too much, whereas I wanted a partial automation around exiting IMAP mailboxes. That's why it's not for me. Gave up at the first set of account setup dialogs to look for something else as I already tried Mail Bomber until the demo license ran out and it was far closer to what I personally wanted.
NB: Does not mean of course that this program will not suit you better. I'm not saying it's bad. Just seemed a bit overly hand holdy and bossy from the off.

Version: MailList Controller Free 6.51
"Great Program - List Size Limited in Free Version"
Pros: Configuration was easy
Easy to add and edit HTML messages
Very user friendly
Cons: The free edition only lets you add 100 people to the list. Great for starters, but need to pay $99 if you have a list bigger than 100 people.
