Mail Archive Pro (MAP) is an e-mail storage and search tool for Microsoft Outlook. Administer and store e-mails in an Outlook-compatible archive. Full text search of e-mails and attachments lets you find any e-mail. Shrink the size of your Outlook data files. MAP's seamless interface and open architecture allows the user to use MAP in multiple ways: archive only viewed e-mail, e-mail from certain contacts or manage your entire e-mail database. You can work with your mail automatically, manually, locally or on a network.

Version 1.6 adds support for Windows Vista and MS Outlook 2007.

Version: Mail Archive Pro 1.6

"Lots of problems"

Pros: Nothing to like about it.

Cons: First off, it crashed when I installed it. Second install seemed to work OK, but when I used it from within Outlook it froze my computer! Tried a second time with the same result.

I don't think this one is ready for prime time yet. (I use Vista and Outlook 2007, both of which are supposed to be supported.)
