"High Quality Stuff"

Pros
Is very useful for those who love creating their own images from scratch. This is not as complicated as Photoshop and that is why I use it.
The filters are very useful.Cons
1)There aren't THAT many filters. But then again you can fiddle around with how it comes out and make it your own.
2)You gotta have an idea to begin with =DSummary
Big Program so only download if you have room or are actually going to use it.
