From ExitToShell() Collective:

MacPack Toolbox provides several useful functions to AppleScript including:

  • Date/Time reformatting including a "short" date, Swatch Beat Time and UNIX-style formatting.
  • Text manipulation with a simple Text Find/Replace, CAPS Testing and a mild scrambling of raw text using XOR encryption.
  • Environment info such as a tick count since bootup (for timing purposes), Mac OS X User name in two formats and the Computer's network name.
  • Misc. features such as a Pause and URL Opening (legacy support)

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed: MP Scramble verb should now work
