From Mabry Software :Gopher is a predecessor to the World Wide Web. Universities still have a lot of information available on Gopher sites. The Gopher control allows your program to automatically retrieve information, menus, images, and so on from Gopher sites. The Gopher control even gives you access to Veronica, which allows you to search Gopher space. This is a fully functional demo with available source code.
