From EffeTech Sniffer :MSN Sniffer is a handy network-control utility for capturing and observing MSN chat conversations on a network. It records conversations automatically, and all intercepted messages can be saved as HTML files for later processing and analyzing. It is easy to make this program work--just run MSN Sniffer on any computer on your network, and start to capture. No additional program installation is needed on the monitoring target computers. Version 1.2 fixes some minor bugs and supports resizing of the main window.

Version: MSN Sniffer 1.2
"Does not take into effect wireless LAN"
Pros: I really cannot talk about any pros because the one computer I wanted to monitor would not be detected.
Cons: First off the Adapter selection is cryptic at best. It provided 0.0.0.0 IP addresses and misses two IP addresses that ARE on my network. One of which is a Wireless notebook and the other a wired server.
The wireless notebook I knew for a fact to be in a MS Messenger conversation at the time and yet I could do nothing to monitor the session.
