From Nearly Useless Software:

It uses Quicktime, and is heavily based on FFmpeg and DivOSX. You may need to use both DivX Doctor and DivX Tool to make certain MS-MPEG4v1 videos work. Read the included Readme for details. Go to the web site to get the source.

What's new in this version: Resource issues should now be worked out, and the source is available. I have also updated the decoder engine to the latest version of FFMpeg, fresh from CVS.
