Pros: If it worked - great.
Cons: Failed to find stereo mix on my computer.
After installing I began to have long (like a couple of minutes) booting issues. I don't know if it is related or not.Summary: Perhaps I had issues with this because of my motherboard and the way it handles the built in sound card. Motherboard was certified for Vista but have been unable to find WIN 7 drivers.

Pros: I had version 2 which was a good programme so I thought I would update to version 3.
I am going to re install version 2. SEE CONS.Cons: After downloading from CNET I checked the software at virus total. A-Squared found:- 'Adware.Win32.E Shoer! IK'. Ikarus :- 'Adware.Win 32.E Shoer ! IK'. Prevx :- 'High Risk Fraudulent Security Programme'. The Hacker :- 'Trojan/PSW.HyvBrowse.a.'
Summary: Four different Anti Virus programmes found faults - virus/malware.
I thought Download.com was supposed to check these files before offering them for download???????????? -

"MALWARE-SPYWARE now attached according too A-Squared"
Pros: I loved this program UNTILL RECENTLY
Cons: I did an upgrade. Still works great EXCEPT my security program A SQUARED found medium risk spyware and HIGH RISK Malware and when I hit quarantine those two it also makes the recorder disappear
Summary: Since an updating my security now will not allow the presense of this recorder because of risky malware and spyware attached.

Pros: Been using it for a long time and always works great, simple, stable.
Cons: For whatever reason, every other site tried to download it from, my AV and anti malware, etc.. detect it as malicious.
Summary: Ok, it's safe here from Cnet BUT every other site I tried, my securities detect it as malicious. Either Mp3mymp3 doesn't know, care, or knows, either way, Cnet was one of the only safe spots I found. I just find it hard to believe this app is malici... read more >>
