From G. L. Pascoe :MD5summer generates MD5 checksums for multiple files and stores the results in a text file. It can also take a test file and check the files in it. MD5summer is compatible with the input/output file format of *nix md5sum.

"Easy to Use, Portable, Stand-alone"
Pros: It's quick to use, direct to the point, and can be used anywhere.
Cons: Not that I don't like.
I wish there's "Send to" function that would make md5 on selected files on-demand. After that, when Close(X) and/or the cancel button is clicked, it should close the program, not go back to the directory tree.
How about CRC32? -

"Excellent program! No bad characteristics."
Pros: Fairly easy to use and works well.
Cons: So Far... I have not seen any real cons, but I like to use a program for a while before I make a final judgment.
