This free program flashes subliminal self-help messages on your PC and offers a wide array of preset categories and messages. MB Free Subliminal Messages Software's tabbed interface organizes messages in categories like Deal with Depression, Self-esteem, and Stress. The options are numerous, but it requires a simple click to choose a category or individual message. You also can create customized message sets. Preloaded messages are positive affirmations such as, "Life is important now" and "I make a difference to the world."
Although the program's window was a bit crowded and drab, it was easy to choose messages and set their frequency, location, and font size. The program includes a simple but helpful tool to track your personal goals, an unexpected bonus feature not commonly offered in subliminal message programs. MB Free Subliminal Message Software works well, and it won't cost you a thing to use.

Pros: nothing didnt get to use it
Cons: installed fine ,went to run it and it was corrupted to hell,, wouldnt start files were missing errors.. followed by a prompt uninstall... which went ok phew!!!

Pros: It works while you are working on any program
Cons: It's annoying, because it is so slow, you can read the words.. not so subliminal.
Summary: Not great. Can't uninstall like a regular program - I deleted the folders and rebooted.
