Version: Louisiana Cooking Recipes 1
"VERY FEW PEOPLE IN LOUISIANA EAT MANY OF THESE THINGS!"
Cons: The introductory page is unecessarily threatening. Typical over-exaggeration of foods eaten by general population of Louisiana. Blackbird Pie! Come on - I have lived in the Acadiana region of LA. and am as Cajun as they come yet I have never even heard of this except in a children's nursery rhyme. There are many inexpensive Cajun cookbooks which do not try to sensationalize the foods we eat but truly reflect our cuisine. Generally, in South LA. we will try these oddities in a restaurant; once!

Version: Louisiana Cooking Recipes 1
Cons: I could not even use this "cookbook". Instead of being a cookbook you can look at any time it just had links to recipes, and for me these links didn't work.
