Publisher's description of Localization Guru Lite
From Beta-Sigma Data Systems:Localization Guru is a software tool for Visual Basic programmers that enables a Visual Basic application to support multiple languages. It works like this: You build an application in your native language and then export the native text from the application into a Language Database. A linguist uses the Localization Guru Language Editor to translate the native text in the Language Database into one or more foreign languages. When the application program runs in a foreign locale, it opens a Language Database, selects the desired language, and all the visible text of the application's user interface appears in the selected foreign language. This lite version is free.
