From LiveStream :LiveStream is a remote camera control solution. Install broadcast client, give friendly names to your cameras and control them via password protected page on our Web site or directly from your Mobile handset. You may capture streaming video to a file for further playback via LiveStream Mobile or locally. Intelligent motion detection mechanism with variety of notification channels: E-mail, SMS, IM (GoogleTalk), LiveStream Mobile. Runs from within local network. No fixed IP required.
