From RhapSoft :

LiveQuartz is a simple and powerful free photo editor for Leopard.
It is based on non destructive layers and lters.
The layers are at the left and the lters are at the right of the window.
To edit a photo, just drag it into the window (or layers' list) and it will be added as a new layer.
LiveQuartz handles Multi-Touch Trackpads since 1.8.
You can watch a screencast of LiveQuartz in help menu or with this link: http://www.rhapsoft.com/?menu=livequartz_video

The software is localized in 10 languages : English, Traditional Chinese, Simplied Chinese, Danish, French, German, Italian, Persian, Russian and Spanish.
LiveQuartz 1.7.3 will remain available on the website for Tiger users.

From release 1.8, LiveQuartz is Leopard MACOS 10.5 only !
LiveQuartz handles multi-touchs (with compatible trackpads) : swipe (tools choice and selected layer choice), rotation (layer rotation) and magnifying (magnication and layer zoom transformation)
New free line drawing tool (click on the line tool sub-menu to choose it)
New standard Leopard lter picker with bookmarks ("Collections")
Background eraser's action can be restricted by a selection <... see all new features
