From Mindfuel :Lirch is a Java IRC chat client that lets users connect to any IRC server and join multiple chat rooms. The program includes the ability to send and receive files with other users, the ability to write scripts so that repetitive IRC tasks can be performed, and the ability to change the display.
Version 3.75 adds support for floating windows and an XDCC file server, and fixes some bugs.
