A diet diary can be a useful tool for people looking to shed--or even gain--a few pounds. While Lifestyle Organizer Deluxe acts as a daily log to record what you had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it just doesn't weigh in well against other nutrition-management software. The program has three sections: a diet calendar, a food database, and a meal planner. A short tutorial identifies each section but doesn't explain in detail how to use the program; we had to play around a bit to really figure out how each section worked. Lifestyle Organizer is essentially an unimpressive calendar program with a fairly standard diary interface.
