Pros: I tested it with Win2000, I have found no glitches or display problem. It is usable.
Note: Download link not working. I had to go to the Liatro web page.
Cons: Interface could be improved, a right click option or some way to rotate components faster could be nice. Help file not linked to program ( pressing help does nothing, I had to open the help file directly ).

Summary: I downloaded this product to try. When used on my system, I encountered neumerous glitches. I had constant display problems. Perhaps it will work better on another system, I dont know, nut on my computer it was more trouble then it was worth.
